Fine Print and Policies

Security - Your online transactions are completely protected against online fraud. Rossier Engineering guarantees that every online purchase you make with us will be 100% safe. We use state-of-the-art SSL encryption technology to make all information transmitted from your browser to us unreadable by anyone outside.

Pricing - All prices are USD and are subject to change without notice. Please verify current pricing when placing your order.

Payment - Dealer orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. with payment by approved Company Check or Money Order only. Rossier Engineering offers no credit terms. Customers presenting a bad check will be placed on a C.O.D. only status until the situation is cleared. All Wisconsin dealers must furnish Rossier Engineering with a completed Wisconsin State Resale Card or the appropriate sales tax will be charged. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current UPS pricing charges per box shipped and include a $2.50 handling fee. There will be a $5.00 handling charge for all orders shipped via truck or US Mail. These charges are in addition to the normal shipping charges. Retail customers are C.O.D., mail-in prepayment, or may pay with a VISA or Mastercard.

Shipping - All orders are shipped UPS Ground and are normally shipped on a same-day basis if received by 3:00PM Central Time. UPS "Red Label" and "Blue Label" service is available upon request for an additional charge. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported to our shipping department within 10 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to UPS.

Ordering - Orders may be placed by mail, phone, fax or online shopping cart. Availability can be checked via phone at the time you place your order. Your order will be placed for shipment directly upon receipt. Therefore, "add on" items will be placed on a separate order and will be packaged, invoiced and shipped separately.

Backorders - Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Occasionally some items may be backordered (requiring a separate shipment at no charge to you). You will be contacted if there is a delay in shipping your order.

Returns - All returns are for exchange or credit only. To make a return, call for an authorization number, securely package the item with a copy of the original invoice, and write the authorization number on the package. All returns must be made within 14 days of original shipment. All returned goods must be in unused condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all accepted returns. No returns are allowed on special order items or electrical parts.

Refused Shipments - If you order parts and then refuse the shipment, you will be charged shipping costs both ways and our normal restocking fee. No orders will be processed for customers with an outstanding balance due to a refused shipment.

Foreign Companies - Foreign orders are prepaid in US Dollars. All orders are shipped "freight collect" through UPS unless other arrangements are made. When placing an order by mail or fax, please include your exact shipping address and fax number (with your country code). This is VERY important. We will fax a quote.

Hours - Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Rossier Engineering, Inc, declares that all products and services set forth and presented for sale by it are sold with no warranties, either implied or expressed, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, for a particular purpose. Additionally, the Company disclaims all liability for damages and/or injuries resulting from the use of its products. Also let the buyer beware that the very nature of our products and services is to increase the speed and acceleration of the vehicles these products are installed upon. This demands an increase in the awareness of the operator of said vehicle to proceed with extreme caution, thereby avoiding the risk of personal injury from the effects of the elevated perfomance levels.

Rossier Engineering Inc. will consider on an individual basis problems encountered by customers using our products. If we feel the problem was in some way partially our responsibility, we will at our discretion make adjustments that we deem fair and equitable.

All of our parts and services have been thoroughly tested by our staff of technicians and test drivers. While we have made every effort to provide you with top quality products, the nature of high performance modifications lends itself to the risk of product failure from a variety of reasons. Overwhelmingly, the majority of these failures are preventable by the customer implementing carefully established tuning procedures. If you have any doubt about your tuning capabilities, we strongly urge you to seek out someone with previous experience in this demanding field.
